Customer Service

At Plunder Pup we want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. By UK law, you are entitled to a 7-day "cooling off" period to allow you to change your mind after purchasing (see the DTI regulations for more details).

As Plunder Pup is committed to excellent customer service, we offer a 14-day, "no questions asked" returns policy but returned goods MUST be UNOPENED and UNUSED or a refund will not be given.

Any customer wishing to return items should first email Plunder Pup on sales@plunderpup.co.uk to obtain an official returns number and form, otherwise no refund will be given.

Customers can return unwanted goods unused in "as new" condition for a full refund, minus the original postage and packing charges. Products must be sent back with sufficient protection (e.g. a padded envelope) to prevent damage during transit - we recommend returning goods in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for use of an insured delivery service that covers the total cost of the item, as liablity for loss or damage during transit lies with the customer. The customer is also responsible for return postage fees.

If customers wish to exchange items, the above applies - please contact Plunder Pup to obtain an official returns number and form before returning any items. Orders and Shipping

We ship items anywhere in the UK. Postage rates are charged depending upon the total amount of your order - see the "How to Buy" page for more details.

Delivery can be arranged anywhere in the world, but you must first contact us on sales@plunderpup.co.uk with your details so we can calculate the correct postage for your country.

Any order placed through Plunder Pup, whether online or by post, is binding and once confirmed forms a contract of sale. Should you decide to cancel this contract, you must inform us via e-mail as quickly as possible. Whilst items are being held for you, they are not available to other customers. Please note, that any cancellation made by the customer may be subject to a £1.00 administration fee.

There are several ways to buy from Plunder Pup. The easiest way to pay is through PayPal but we also accept most major credit and debit cards.

Once you have finished shopping on the site, you must go through the "Secure Checkout". You will be directed to a secure page requesting your personal details. This page is secure and none of your credit card, debit card or account information is revealed to Plunder Pup - just your name, contact details and order.

Plunder Pup can also accept payment by cheque, but cheques MUST be drawn form a UK bank account and allowed to clear before your order is sent. Email sales@plunderpup.co.uk for more details.

All items are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and are well wrapped in bubble wrap and/or in a padded envelope. Some larger, heavier items may be shipped in boxes or by courier.

Our Committment to the Environment

Plunder Pup actively supports the preservation of our environment and tries to be environmentally friendly where possible. We encourage recycling, whether this is of packaging, invoices or other materials. We support the 'This Is Recycling' printer cartridge recycling scheme, which will donate one goat to a poor African farmer for every 50 cartridges received. We sponsor the Marine Conservation Society Plymouth Local Group and Marine Conservation Student Society by hosting their websites, free of charge.
