How to BuyBuying from Plunder Pup is easy. When you see an item you want to buy on the site, just click on "Add to Treasure". Don't forget to change the quantity in the basket if you want more than one of that item - but PLEASE check the number available first! This is always listed on the site, underneath the price of the item.Whilst every effort is made to ensure item quantities be kept up-to-date, we do not use an automated system and therefore some items listed as available may not be in stock. Please check quantities carefully before you order to ensure you don't order more items than are available. On the rare occasion that a customer orders an item that is not in stock, a full refund will be given for that item. All prices quoted on the Plunder Pup website are listed in GBP £ (Great British Pounds) and all payments are accepted in GBP £ (Great British Pounds) through PayPal. All items are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and are well wrapped in bubble wrap and/or in a padded envelope. Some larger, heavier items may be shipped in boxes or by courier. How to Pay There are several ways to buy from Plunder Pup. The easiest way to pay is through PayPal but we also accept most major credit and debit cards. Once you have finished shopping on the site, just go to your basket (by clicking on "View Treasure") and click on "Secure Checkout". You will be directed to a secure page requesting your personal details. This page is secure and none of your credit card, debit card or account information is revealed to Plunder Pup - just your name, contact details and order. To pay by PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can log in at this point by entering your account details in the boxes on the right-hand side of the checkout page and clicking "Log In". You will then need to enter your billing address etc, before confirming the transaction. I am a verified UK member of PayPal and do not charge PayPal fees to my customers. Please note: You must have Javascript enabled on your browser to use Paypal. If you experience difficulties in using Paypal, see here for possible fixes. To pay by Credit or Debit card: Alternatively, if you don't have a PayPal account, you can choose to pay securely by credit or debit card at this point by clicking on "Secure checkout" on the left-hand side of the checkout page. You will then be asked to enter your name and address, and must then "Continue Checkout" and enter your card details etc, before confirming the order. To pay by Cheque: Plunder Pup can also accept payment by cheque, but cheques MUST be drawn form a UK bank account and allowed to clear before your order is sent. Email sales@plunderpup.co.uk for more details. Postage Rates We ship items anywhere in the UK. Postage rates are charged depending upon the total amount of your order. The table below shows the postage rates for all domestic deliveries (i.e. deliveries within the UK).
Delivery can be arranged anywhere in the world, but you must first contact us on sales@plunderpup.co.uk with your details so we can calculate the correct postage for your country. Returns Plunder Pup is committed to excellent customer service and as such offers a 14-day, "no questions asked" returns policy but returned goods MUST be UNOPENED and UNUSED or a refund will not be given. Any customer wishing to return items should first email Plunder Pup on sales@plunderpup.co.uk to obtain an official returns number, otherwise no refund will be given. Customers can return unwanted goods unused in "as new" condition for a full refund, minus the original postage and packing charges. Products must be sent back with sufficient protection (e.g. a padded envelope) to prevent damage during transit - we recommend returning goods in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for use of an insured delivery service that covers the total cost of the item, as liablity for loss or damage during transit lies with the customer. The customer is also responsible for return postage fees. |
